The playing of basketball had changed so much after recovering from this injury..
u need to be quicker, stronger, and much more aggressive to stay in the game..
this is how a basketball should be played.. and i know it..
last night i got a friendly against republic poly again ( playing them for the 6 or 7 times already this yr )
there was this thing tat keep bothering me throughout the game
whenever i scored a basket, i had to re-adjust my knee wrap which i had been using ever since returning to basketball after the injury..
is it the vast movement making it came loose or is it time to change a new one.. or isit time to stop using it?
i remember the doctor telling me not to rely on those knee guards or knee brace..
my coach oso told me to overcome this barrier.. he does not see those confidence i got in the past..
i wanted to play without the knee wrap, but i couldnt bring myself to do it as i scared i might re injure again.. my knee is strong now and tests had proven it.. but i still feel kinda scared to play without one..
i muz really overcome this barrier to play without the knee wrap..
