No more physios!

YES! NO MORE PHYSIOS FOR ME AGAIN!!

Finally after 1 yr, i was discharged from the hospital le..

Today, went for my physio for my biodex strength test...
if i pass the test, i need not come anymore
thanks choon leong and mingkai for accompanying me to the sgh..
in the end,i did it.. the results...

hams-93%

my physio therapist, suelyn, oso ended the session by telling me my right leg is stronger by 8% and my left knee improved alot...
feel so happy that i had graduated from my physiotherapy... but i know i have to continue strengthening to minimise the chance of reinjuring myself..

after my last physio, went to town with my friends and ate alot...
get veri tired at the end of the day..
rainy days... cold sia..

been sleepless over nights...
