ngee ann training in the morning... so tired..
rain started to pour in the middle of the training and did some drills under the shelter..
train our leg muscles and some shooting drills..
besides tat.. laoheng keep telling me to overcome my psychology barrier i had..
but i dunno how! =( why is there psychology barrier?
i dun wish to get too tired cos i will be having a match in the afternoon...
match started at 5pm at sbc... against tampines west(a rather 2 man team)..
4 players of cckcc did not come and receive a news that the coach wont be coming...
wat the fuck.. wat's the problem with this coach man.. no sense of responsibility..
giving stupid excuse like he din receive the msg.. how can it be when all 12 players received it and he dont... give a better excuse like he's not free or wat la...
how cckcc play with this kind of coach...? we got good players.. better players year by year..
but the fucking coach is the same.. all he does is to get money for 'coaching'( starting to think is he a coach??) and scolding players when he's not happy.. think we played better in the last two matches without this coach... where has ur responsibility gone? he should have know we got inter con even b4 he reached Singapore...cant he even ask when's our next match?
i only had one suggestion.. change the coach...
lost this match.. by 12 pts.. we played our best... yan ming is the best player on court.. had a good debut for cckcc... we lost because of rebounds and some easy 3 pts from their players..
we played a tight match in the first half.. not losing more than 10 pts.. however... in the third quarter.. they made some shots from the 3 pt line.. losing alot of pts.. but we fought back slowly..
we are playing with only 8 players.. i do not have the good stamina to endure in the court.. played almost 40 mins... only get to sub out to get drinks and rest only awhile b4 getting back..
played veri badly... got 15 pts... had to defend well at one side and help to attack at the other..
but i dun do well at both ends.. shoulders are stiff and trembling.. guess tat's the result of the the shooting drills during np training.. too tired to run up and down.. almost have cramps near the end of the match..
lost by 10 pts in the last 1min plus.. we had to shoot in some 3s to get back..
but i shoot all the balls whenever there's chance.. all were air balls... i knew i can pass the balls to others like kah cheong or yanming but i din..
guess at that time.. i was even too tired to think... =(
i was even accused for injuring a player who was sent to the hospital.. had quite a large tear from his lips to somewhere near his nose.. bloody mess.. guess it cant stop bleeding..
but i din injure him at all.. all i knew is tat he juz fell down behind me and i got the rebound.. i din touch him at all... hopefully he's fine..
