NP training

went for np training in the morning and it was still raining when i woke up..
not in the mood or have any energy to train.. guess it was because i slept late last night..

only 8 pp turned up for the training..
training start at 10am plus.. it was tough although it dun look like one.. juz some shootings and defend drills.. the defend drills alone can kill me.. it was all so tough.. no water and stamina..
all end around 12plus.. wat a short but tough training..
coach even told me to strengthen my legs more.. sian...
hope thurs training wont be tough.. heard will be combined with the gals.. and hope the gals can distract laoheng.. =)

heard from gabriel tat the IVP fixtures are out..
Ngee Ann are grouped along with NTU,NUS,SMU and RP...
all are tough games...
i must buck up and train well and get well-conditioned to get selected to play for my first-ever IVP after missing one in yr 1 through injury... darn..

after eating,yingxian,waiming, weijun and i took cab home... yingxian decided to come to my house for some games.. and marc joined us abit later in the afternoon.. i had fun but was tired too.. =(

before yingxian and marc left my house.. yingxian and i taught marc how to wear the contact lenses.. so troublesome...
teach so many times still dunno.. im such a fast learner.. but he....? hai..
but somehow or somewat or dunno wat.. he look rather suave.. dunno y....
